Most orders ship within 2–5 business days from our studio.

Because many Opaline Sprout pieces are handcrafted in small batches, some orders may require additional preparation time. Custom or made-to-order pieces may take longer to ship, depending on the complexity of the work.

If your order includes a custom piece, the estimated production timeline will be communicated when the order is placed.


Shipping Rates & Methods

Shipping options and rates are calculated at checkout based on your location.

We primarily ship orders through USPS (United States Postal Service).

In rare cases where USPS service is unavailable or unreliable for a particular delivery address, we may ship using an alternate carrier to ensure safe and timely delivery.


Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your package as it travels to you.

Tracking updates are provided directly by the carrier.

Once a package has been handed off to the shipping carrier, delivery is managed by that carrier. If your package appears to be lost or significantly delayed, please contact us and we will help you work with the carrier to locate the shipment.
