We want every piece you receive from Opaline Sprout to feel considered, beautiful, and worthy of becoming part of your everyday collection. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.
30-Day Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unworn and unused
- In their original condition
- Returned in the original packaging
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
To begin a return, please reach out through the Contact Us form on our website. Once your request is approved, we will provide instructions for sending your item back to the studio.
Returns sent without prior authorization cannot be accepted.
Earrings & Hygiene
Due to hygiene standards, earrings may only be returned if they are unworn and in their original packaging.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
Please inspect your order when it arrives. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible so we can review the issue and make it right.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Custom or personalized pieces
- Sale items
- Gift cards
If you are unsure whether your item qualifies for return, please contact us before sending it back.
Exchanges
The quickest way to exchange an item is to request a return for your original purchase and place a new order for the piece you would prefer.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery, without providing a reason.
Returned items must remain unworn, unused, and in their original packaging, with proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once your return arrives at our studio, it will be inspected and processed. You will be notified when your refund has been approved.
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or credit card provider.
If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please contact us so we can assist.
