Cathedral Window Pendant · Bronze
Three narrow lancet windows rise within a pointed arch, small tracery openings crowning the frame above. This pendant is not inspired by a cathedral window — it is one, reduced to its essential form and cast in bronze. The open metalwork holds light the way stained glass does, differently at every hour, the warm burnish of the frame shifting against whatever falls behind it.
Formed from bronze metal clay and fired in a kiln, the structure is surprisingly delicate for its scale — thin walls, open chambers, the arch rising to a clean point at the crown. The surface carries the matte warmth of fired bronze, slightly irregular at the edges, entirely deliberate in form. It hangs from a 30-inch bronze cable chain, dropping long against the body.
At 2.5 inches, this is a pendant that commands presence without demanding it. The long chain lets it settle at the sternum, moving with the body through the day. It layers with other Relic pieces or wears alone as something architectural and complete.
Some forms carry centuries of meaning. This one holds that weight lightly.
Every Opaline Sprout piece is thoughtfully designed and intentionally constructed for real, everyday wear. We choose materials for durability, comfort, and long-term beauty - not just appearance.
This piece is made with:
To preserve the finish and longevity of your piece, we recommend removing jewelry before showering, swimming, or applying lotions and perfumes. While our materials are selected for durability and everyday wear, minimizing prolonged exposure to moisture and chemicals will help maintain the integrity.
Store pieces separately in a dry place to prevent scratching or unnecessary friction. A soft pouch or lined jewelry box is ideal. For light cleaning, gently wipe with a dry, lint-free cloth to restore shine.
With normal wear and mindful care, your jewelry is designed to retain its structure, finish, and polish over time. Should your piece ever need attention, our studio is here to help.
Orders ship within 3–7 business days from our studio. We offer a 30-day return window for unworn pieces and remain available for repair support if needed. Our work is studio-backed, not mass-produced.
